INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FOR TEACHING STAFF in ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL KALUCHAK

  • For filling an online application visit our website apskaluchak.com. In notice board click on the CSB advertisement link and proceed as follows:-:-
    1. Click on the New Registration link. Read all the instructions carefully.
    2. Create your login id here to fill the online application form. Tips to assist in filling up fields have been provided, as you highlight each field.
    3. Before clicking the Submit button it should be checked whether all the details entered in the form are correct. (No corrections can be made once the form is submitted).
    4. A Bank Demand Draft of Rs 100 through Nationalized Bank in favour of Army Public School Kaluchak, payable at Jammu. Fees once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
    5. Candidates are required to print the Application along with a DD of Rs 100/- and submit the same at school reception on or before last date of submission of application form.
    6. Self attested photocopy of all documents to be attached with the application form.
    7. Offline Application form or Application forms sent by post will not be accepted.
  • While filling of the e-application, it is advisable to keep the relevant documents readily available to enable the following:-:-
    1. Correct filling up of personal particulars. Details are to be filled up as given in matriculation certificate.
    2. Fields such as e-mail address, Mobile Number are mandatory and need to be filled. Both must be working and active.
    3. The size of the signature and the photograph should be between 50 KB to 100 KB.
    4. Use Blue/Black ball pen for signature.

    Note:

    1. Application is subject to subsequent scrutiny and the application can be rejected, without assigning reasons, if found INELIGIBLE at any point of time. Hence, only filling the application online/generation of Roll No does not indicate that the candidate has fulfilled all the criteria given in the advertisement.
    2. School Management Committee has the right to withdraw any post at any point of time.
    3. Documents will be verified at the time of interview..
    4. Last date for the submission of online application is / /2020 by 1600 hrs.
